An admirer of Ryu and a follower of his same combat methods (but she's a student of Dan) her moves are fun to do and she's the best character to play with in "Marvel Superheroes vs Street Fighter" & "Marvel vs Capcom 2"

17. Nakoruru: The female star of every "Samurai Showdown" game and an adorable looking chick. Her fighting style is great to do, it is fun to let her order her hawk to attack and jumping with slashes.
18. SAKAZAKI YURI: The Sakazaki family & "Robert Garcia" has amazing fighting style (forgot their karate style name, sorry about that), Yuri's attacks are the best

19. SHIKI (Samurai Showdown Series): I simply adore her, that's all there is about her

20. WHIP (K.o.F) a.k.a Muchiko: Exact same reason as Shiki

11. JOHNNY CAGE: A while has passed since I last played a "Mortal Kombat" game, and I forgot completely about one of the best characters in the game; "Johnny Cage". One of the "Realm of Earth" three champions, Johnny is a Hollywood movie star skilled enough in martial arts to prove himself in a competition between realms and he defeated the Shokhan prince who killed Liu-Kang's ancestor "Kung Lao". Outside of "Mortal Kombat Trilogy" "Johnny Cage" is one of the best points in MK. In your face you old-wizard.com psycho's

12. Dr. FAUST: This crazy bag-headed doctor is a legendary physician, once he performed an operation on a girl but she died and he got incarcerated for a crime he didn't commit. Rage turned him to a killer (under the name of: Dr. BaldHead) until the spirit of the young girl came to him and told him her death is not from his error. Dr. Baldhead concealed his head in a paper bag and uses the name Faust. His moves are spectacular and he's fun to play with, not to mention the comedy in his character

13. LIU KANG: Mortal Kombat games main star, even after his death in MK: Deception he had to return as a zombie and go against the evil sorcerer Shang-Tsung. This fighter trained in the temple of light in "Hong Kong" and is the best fighter & champion of MK series. Starting from MKII his hair became longer, he weared a head-band and his famous bycicle kick has taken its toll.

14. LEON SCOTT KENNEDY: Not related to former president Kennedy whatsoever. A rookie cop came to start officialy his first day on his job as a police officer in "Raccon City" where he met the sister of one of his fired superiors before Leon takes his job. After escaping the city; Claire took her own path and the presidential "Secret Services" took him, trained him and gave him a position.

15. KY KISKE: A former soldier in the disassembeled organization of the "Order of the Holy Knights" and currently an officer in the international poilce, his weapon is the "Sword of Lightning"; one of the former order sacred weapons which he only mastered. The main rival to "Sol Badguy" and second strongest fighter in "Guilty Gear" series

6. KNUCKLES THE ECHIDNA: I alredy said so in the previous entry, playing with him is much more entertaining than with Tails, and his hand grabbers help him cling to walls. His rivalry with Sonic is fun in "Sonic X" the anime, didn't read any "Sonic X" comics



7. KUSANAGI KYO: Member of the Kusanagi clan; one of the three sacred treasures teams and the star of every KoF game, his moves are fun to play with in every rendition, and he's the one who changes most into groovy new looks every once in a while. This image of him is from "Capcom vs SNK" with "Sakura Kusagano". Isn't she adorable? Don't you worry; she has an honorbale upcoming mention



8. KIM KAPHWAN: In my early days as a "King of Fighters" specialist this man was one of my three man cell "Ultimate KoF team", he has absolutely no projectiles by he's easy to control and have powerful and quick attacks handy to defeat bosses. In "Fatal Fury 2" he's the guy I play with the most


9. 'K': This is how he is known in the world of SNK NeoGeo so far. I know this guy as the Wolverine (not the beast, the superhero of Marvel comics) of NeoGeo






10. SIE KENSOU: After KoF 2001 he's only seen in special editions in the series (no story, no canon), playing with him is a sensation

TOP VIDEO GAME CHARACTERS FILE 1

I don't know exactly how many favorite VG characters I have, but I'll list them in fives in every file:

1.SCORPION (MORTAL KOMBAT SERIES): He's the king of my favorite top video game characters, the spectre looking to avenge his death and moving back in forth in his war with the Lin-Kuei Sub-Zero, sure he as killed by the older brother of this Lin-Kuei but the war between them is still shaking. Scorpion has the best moves in every Mortal-Kombat game especially 2 & 4


2. SUB-ZERO (MORTAL KOMBAT SERIES): Who's best as second best aside from the main rival of my favorite character (Sub-Zero is the solo in my case until I come to Knuckles the Echinda)? With all awesome combat skills and the ice the freezes and hurts to death Sub-Zero earned his place with uniqueness


3. RYU (STREET FIGHTER SERIES): The main star of the series and the guy with the greatest moves in all SF games, Ken has a better flip, but the more I age the more I prefer Ryu's flip over Ken's spinning flip. Like me; Ryu is a loner, I like loner characters and this makes him more appealing.




4. SOL BADGUY ALIAS FREDERICK (GUILTY GEAR SERIES): A loner at most, and he speaks in the tough guy accent all his time but when you need him he's available. He hunt's enemies of humans known as gears, but for your informations Sol is a prototype gear so he's not human




5. SONIC THE HEDGEHOG: Who doesn't know Sonic video games series needs a reality check, he's the fastest hedgehog on Earth (I'm copying DC's Flash nickname on this dude). He's clever, he's quippy and he's blue, blue is my absolute favorite color.

SPIDER-MAN FoF

*The game in graphics and gameplay IMHO is very good as a PC game (I play it in my PC as I do with most of my games), not bad for a PS2 or a Wii game and a horror for the "Next Gen Consoles", surely the Wii is considered next Gen but it still uses DVD's not Blu-Ray's, so I don't give it that much consideration as a next gen if I don't consider the controls

*Surprisingly after two years of release; this cheesy game is still in the markets in my country and sells for around $47.35 and Spider-Man 3 the best game is withdrawn from markets, "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" is a double layered DVD and sells for around $37 makes it better for "Web Of Shadows" players and counted economically good (glad I didn't buy it from the store I got WoS from)

*Combat sure beats SM3 for the PS2/Wii (even in Maximum Carnage the combat is better than it is in the Wii SM3), jumping and swinging enemies is fun.

*I expected good Web-Swinging and some free-roaming; I got dissapointed, at least after a long time and many games with that option removed I get to choose levels after beating them

*It's sort of embarrassing; but I compared this game to "Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks" (odd comparison, works for me sort of), what's better here if I die in co-op my companion doesn't die with me and I can rest between mission, (in MKSM one has no teleporter to the Bunshee Academy, why the comparison), you can play 2 players versus within FoF game instead of a different feature

*The game is entertaining enough anyway, I started playing yesterday and finished 9 missions

*Edit: I'm about to finish the game (only two more missions to go), and I have to say it is good on only one console: "Nintendo Game Cube". The Nipal graphics are a lot like the graphics of so many NGC games like Bomber-Man so I say it's a shame this game wasn't ported to that console.

In most forums it is forbidden to say so; I downloaded the game to be able to play it, it is not really worthy to pay for except for the DVD you buy to burn it on. I downloaded it over a year ago and just now was able to play it by doing the magic work of placing the game in the folder of the installed Spider-Man 3 "C:\Program Files\Activision", before putting it in that folder it never worked and all I had to say for it for a while is "GET ACTIVATED YOU PAIN" before placing it in that folder and then deleted it because it is not functional

Here's a fun fact: Spider-Man is voiced by "James Arnold Taylor" & "Harry Osbourn" is voiced by "Josh Keaton", they switched roles in the "Spectacular Spider-Man Animated Series"

WORST THING TO PLAY ON PC

The worst thing anyone can play on PC in my humble opinion isn't a PC game, it is in fact the "Nintedo Dual Screen".

I downloaded the No$GBA emulator, the best NDS emulator available and guess what, you can't fix the screen size, this is one beef, another is that most of the roms are broken; bad graphix, no backgrounds, you can't see who you play with, etc etc....

So if you want to play the NDS I have two suggestions:
1. Wait for a much better emulator
2. For your own sake it will be best for you to buy the console itself and the games you want to play on it

GUILTY GEAR WALLPAPERS

Frederick alias "Order Sol", first appeared in the 1st GG game, a prototype gear who joined the "order of the Holy Knights" in the "Sacred War" between human's and gears. This happened before the disbanding of the "order of the Sacred Knights" and becoming a bounty hunter known as "Sol Badguy"

A famous board game that is hardly ever forgetable. This guy in the center of the logo is named Mr. Monopoly.

Beside the original U.K incarnation of it there are various editions of it based on characters or events like "World Cup 2006" Monopoly, there is a Spider-Man monopoly and also there are the various videogame depictions of 1 single board game.

In general there are three sets of cards:

1. Community Service (Pink cards on the board, a card is to be taken by the one whom his peace stands on the point on the board titled by this set of cards)

2. Chance (Yellow cards very much similar to community service)

3. Documents prooving what you own in this game of lands

A favorite card for most of the players is common between Chance & "Community Service" is "Get Out of Jail Free", you can sell this card with a bit more money than your initial 1,500 pounds. A joke on this card is: "In a prison, one of the inmates gave a security guard this card and he was released". From the source I got it from they say it's true, but this is too hard to be true, it's as hard as "Barry Allen" & "Wally West" team-up in a current issue with a revived Barry.

22 YEARS AS A FIGHTER

Not just a fighter, more as a guy searching his soul and looking for wisdom and strength.

SPIDER-MAN 3 BUTTON SEQUENCE

All right; this is for everyone who is still yet to play the game on their PC or any console, the typing below are the button sequences I remember for the game, I'll type them as I set my controls:

Follow the sequence you are giving to disarm bombs, for the first multi layered bomb you unlock keep pressing directional button's as pointed then press the button on the nail to remove it.

GUILTY GEAR XX

A.K.A "Guilty Gear X2", a very fine fighting (beat 'em up) game I enjoy very much that I used the picture of the namesake character "Frederick a.k.a "Sol Badguy"" and placed his name under my user name (replacing bad with good) in both CBR & Toonzone forums.

This game is a sequel for two previous games "Guilty Gear 1998" & "Guilty Gear X", the story is about gears & humans living in the same world, the Gears are powerful beings created by humans and are incredibly powerful, one of the Gears is named "That Man", this gear caused a holy war between humans & Gears that lasted for over a 100 year now this Gear regrets what he has done.

Some humans formed the "Holy Knights", an organization meant to battle Gears during the holy war between Humans & Gears, this organization was disbanded and after 5 years of being disbanded its second leader; a French kid now 21 years old "Ky Kiske" joined the "International Police Force".

Ky holds one of the sacred weapons of the "Holy Knights" which allows him to control lightining, this weapon and other weapons were created by "Order Sol", the name "Sol Badguy" used to be known as when he was in the organization of the "Holy Knights", this police officer is a rival of Sol and he is annoyed by the fact that Sol doesn't use his full strength in fighting.

"Sol Badguy" is a bounty hunter & a prototype gear who sworn to destroy gears, he allows a humanoid gear "Dizzy" to live because she is of no threat to humans.

TONY HAWK PRO SKATERS

This is one of my all time favorite games either from Activision releases or generally, I first played the first game of this series in my cousins house when it was new and really enjoyed it so later I bought it for the PS1, the best fun you can have if you like to skateboard but afraid of performing stunts in reality.

Since the title holds the name of "Tony Hawk" then one has to know that Tony is the first character in the selectable list, for those who don't know this great dude search for him on the internet or watch sports channels.

You may select four other characters in the PS1 games, there are several kinds of boards and the types of wheels you can skate on. The more missions you complete/goals you achieve/Scores you gain the more areas you can unlock, but some areas need medals to be unlocked with.

Give any game in this series a shot and you definitely won't regret it, at least you hopefully won't regret this action (I love "PS2 Spider-Man 3" and I love "Batman & Robin movie", but I still love good things too much more than I like the bad stuff)

SPIDER-MAN 3: PS2/Nintendo Wii

Over a year has passed since the game was released and the players gave most of their opinions on the game, the most noticable and published opinions indicate that the release of this version of the game was too soon because it is a bland mix of bad visuals and horrible game play, should they waited at least a few more months they could have released a better game instead of publishing a half-baked game.

The story in short has its coheision, it isn't that weak, the weak spots in this game plot is the role of Sandman in the final stage; how he got convinced to it by Venom to destroy Spider-Man and the fact that Harry jumped from the hospital after seeing spidey fight's Sandman remembering that Peter is Spider-Man ignoring that he wanted to kill him.

Short version of the story: [Spider-Man saves people from Carlyles burning building, later he sings M.J home after a date in Central Park then fight's Harry. In his apartment Peter is in his spidey duds unmasked on his bed and the symbiote get's all over him getting him hanging upside down on a building and battles some of the Apokalypse gang then he goes to Dr. Connors to examine the suit for him but seeing he became the Lizard, Spider-Man chases the Lizard to the sewers and on his way he saves some of his victims. In the sewers Spider-Man chases the Lizard and the Lizard escape after a fight. Spider-Man finds Kraven trying to kill the Lizard but he fights him and cages him then goes to Dr. Connors who transforms himself into a mega lizard, the Lizard is forced to hit the active generators to electrocute himself and spidey throws him on a subway trail to finish the job but gets frightened about what he did then takes Connors to the hospital.

Spider-Man goes to the Bugle and gets a job of photographing a Vampire, at night Spidey goes to ESU where the vamp is spotted and takes a picture of him then sends the picture to the Bugle. A later time Spider-Man checks on Dr. Connors in the hospital then goes back to the "Daily Bugle" and finds the "Mad Bomber" capturing Jonah, Spider-Man defeats the bomber and saves Jonah Jameson.

Before fighting the Sandman, Peter takes images of himself scaring a tourist while web-swinging carrying him then he goes to defeat Eddie Brock as an imposter Spider-Man and cause him to get fired.] It'll take too long to type the rest of the story so I stopped at this point.

The graphix looks like the belong to a cheap PC game, even the graphix of the PS1 original games are better than this one.

The combat style is weak compared to Ultimate Spider-Man & Spider-Man 2 (these 2 games has great combat style) and it is too linear.

Side missions are good, at first I liked to deliver delicious fruit pies but that mission became too dull over the time so I dropped it.

the looks of the people to be rescued are no more than three, but that doesn't actually bother me.

Over all rating: 7/10

STREET FIGHTER FUN

Street Fighter games are some of the best fighting games since the dawn of VideoGames, I'm cutting the first game out because it is soo boring.

RESIDENT EVIL 2

One of my all time favorite games, the best Resident Evil game since the beginning of making this series with Code Veronica on the same level with it.

I have 3 versions of it:

1. PS1 version: This is the only one I didn't download, and it's the only good one

2. N64 version: I have this game on emulator, the problems are that I must reset the emulator so the picture would be more than just half the screen, the movies are available in sound only, the sounds get scratchy within the game, and when the volume goes mute this means when the camera angle will move the game will get jammed

3. The PC version: It works perfectly fine as long as you don't save in it, when I save the save file immediately gets broken and the game shuts down forcing me to install it once more so I can't play game B and meet Mr.X (I already said I downloaded the PC version)

Thinking more about the two scenario's: A & B, and the relativity of them to the characters I find it more passable to believe senario A happens for Claire and Scenario B happens to Leon, the more I play the bigger sense I find in my thought.

Leon A & Claire B:

1. Sherry gets lost from Claire but isn't found by her father to bed the embrio in his kid

2. Annete tells a spy on the company the origin of the monster hunting the sewers and how her husband worked on the monsters engine

3. When Claire goes to the telefrik Leon used it doesn't have holes in it, Claires go after Leon departures using it and Mr. Birkin pierces the top of it

4. Claire leaves Sherry in the elevator to Umbrella alone when the monster might strike at her (Sherry) when she's alone

5. Ada falls a pretty high distance then shows up to hand Claire a rocket launcher (she lives, finds a rocket launcher and hands it to a stranger?)

Claire A & Leon B:

1. In the first cutscene Leon is on the side of the car closer to the police station

2. It is Claire who actually finds Mr. Kendo since he was supposed to help her counterpart in the cancelled version of the game (Marvin I can understand meeting Claire though he was meant to help Leon in the cancelled version)

3. It makes more sense to see Brian Irons fed with the embrio before exposing his true self to Claire

4. Still don't get it, but telling someone who is trying to save your kid from her father the reason why the father is hunting her down is more reasonable than telling the enemy.

5. Ada still gets fatally injured but survives, at least it makes more sense to her giving Leon the R.Launcher and meeting him later in "Resident Evil 4"

The game is very well balanced between monsters and puzzles.

I love the arrange mode (In scenario A you only need the R.Launcher twice when fighting William Birkin, in scenario B there is a heavier need for the rocket launcher)

I used to look at the game with 'uggh' at first, but it grew on me more than the current art style of "John Romita jr". This game was and still is a perfect 5 stars game.

Wonder how the remake for the "Nintendo Wii" is going to be like, sure it will have better graphics but will it stay great?

GRAND THEFT AUTO ADVANCE

This is what the cartridge looks like. The only Grand Theft Auto game I played, really wanted to play that one made for the PS1 but never had the opppurtunity.


An awesome game, very good plot and nicely executed levels except one which I'll talk about in some time.



[Mike is a rookie gangster but a handy muscle-man (not Power-Man; he's nothing like Luke Cage), his partner Vinnie prepairs some stuff so they can flee the country but Vinnie dies in a bombed car. Looking for clues to who killed his partner to have his vengeance he works under employment of several people:



1. 8-Ball: The car bombs expert

2. Jonnie: A fat Bar-Tender who gets killed b4 Mike goes to battle King Courtney

3. King Courtney: Jamaican gang leader

4. Cisco: Directed by King Courtney to kill this Columbian guy, Mike believes his target and works for him

5. Asuka: A slutty leader of the Yakuza Mike works for starting with saving her niece he kidnapped

Mike is a real fool to believe in these many and work with them.



After leaving Asuka Mike finally finds the man he was looking for in a long time: His old Partner Vinnie himself. Mike kills Vinnie and gets the $10,000 he had.



Mike kills King Courtney and an army of his gangsters, then fleds Vice City to Columbia leaving the gangsters wanting him behind.]



The missionss are good to play except one to kill some thugs of King Courtney before heading to his house and kill him, you only have 4 minutes to play that stage when you require 4:30 minutes, what lousiness.
